Later, Jisan was taken to Kabir Tower in Sabujbagh area under Chakaria municipality where the miscre-ants killed after torture.
The later dumped the body of Jisan beside the highway and fled away.
President of Chakaria upazila unit JCD, Rezaul Karim Bappi said Jisan was an emerging and active lead-er of the organization.
“We strongly condemn the killing. If the killers are not identified and arrested, Chakaria upazila unit JCD will launch a strict movement on the streets with students,” he said.
