Jasod MP Moin Uddin Khan Badal on Wednesday placed a motion in the Parliament demanding proper legal steps for scrapping the Supreme Court's declaration of the 16th amendment to the Constitution as 'ultra vires' and removing unconstitutional, objectionable and irrelevant observations of the Chief Justice in the verdict.
