BD students in US reach 9.7% rise

The number of students from Bangladesh in the United States increased by 9.7 percent to 7,143 in 2016-17, beating the international average increase of 3.4 percent, according to the 2017 Open Doors Report on Interna-tional Educational Exchange.
Bangladesh became a top-25 student-sending country for international students studying in the United State for the 2016-2017 school year.
