Stokes, Hales available for England after disciplinary case

London, Dec 8 (AP) - Ben Stokes and Alex Hales remain eligible for selection for England's cricket team after receiving sanctions on Friday for bringing the game into disrepute following their involvement in a brawl outside a nightclub last year.
