Pro-AL 6 JU teachers ‘assaulted’

Jahangirnagar University: Six pro-Awami League teachers of Jahangirnagar University (anti-VC group) were allegedly assaulted on Tuesday during a scuffle with another faction of pro-AL teachers (who support the Vice-Chancellor) at the transport gate on the campus.
Witnesses said the anti-VC group teachers tried to obstruct operation of staff bus on the campus around 4 am as part of their previously announced daylong strike.
